Please be sure your athlete wears their complete uniform on this day.

Any Outstanding Balances Attention all who have any outstanding balances for Registration, Walka-thon, etc. must be paid in full by thursday April 10, 2008. Your child could be in jeopardy of not being able to compete unless this is done. We ask that all who have made a commitment or arrangement to pay, please honor your word.

April 5 Attention, the location of our track meet has changed. We will not be competing at Taft High School! The new location is Calabasas High School. We will be competing against Calabasas and Valley Raiders. Directions are on the Meet page or you can google the directions.

April 6 Picture Day Picture day is Sunday April 6th starting at 12:00 noon. Please have your child wear their uniform. The location is El Cariso Park in Sylmar, Ca. Please park on the Golf Course Parking lot side near Mission College Parking structure.

April 1 Practice Schedule Normal practice schedule will be at Sylmar High School.

Gremlins on Monday and Wednesday. 5:30 p.m.to 7:30p.m.

Bantams,Midgets, Youth and Intermediate will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Please do not park on the track or in the fire lanes. When parents park there we are in violation of blocking the fire lanes in the event of an emergency and paramedics or Fire Dept. will not be able to access the track. We ask you to be considerate and respect this request. Thank You

April 6 Photo Archives If you have taken or know of anyone who have taken digital pictures at any of our meets, we would like to post them on our web for our team to view. Please email them to epco.33@verizon.net or provide a CD to Eli Wells. I will return your CD if requested.

March 29 This day is the start of our first actual track meet held at Sylmar H.S. We are hosting Santa Clarita East. Let's welcome them in a good way. Also we will need full participation from our parents and volunteers in order to run an efficient and timely track meet. We need additional volunteers to assist in staging, long jump, snack bar, set-up and take down, Also we need your assistance in volunteering as team moms/dad to assist coaches with distribution of tags etc. We are grateful for you support and team pride and would like to thank you in advance.

March 15 Walk-a-thon - Parents and Athletes, the actual Walkathon event will be on Saturday March 15 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. We will have music and a M.C. during this time. Please be sure your child has a sponsor form for this event. Minimum required fundraiser is $30. per athlete.

March 8 Attention Parents and Athletes, there is no practice on Saturday March 8. Practice will resume Monday, March 10 2008 at 5:30 p.m. Sylmar High School. Please note this on your calendar.

Picture Day April 6 Sunday - Time: 12:00 p.m. Starting with the Gremlin Division. Please have your child wear their uniforms on this day. Location: El Cariso Park (Near Golf Course Utility Blg.) Please park on the Golf Course side of the Park.

Practice Schedule for the month of March 2008 is as follows: Monday through Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Sylmar High School.

March 1 Registration at Sylmar High School 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Weekdays. We have experienced a big response and expect a large number of new athletes and returning athletes. So, beat the rush and complete the registration process.

Regarding the Walkathon, you should already have the Walkathon fundraiser forms given at Registration. This is a required participation event. All athletes are required to participate in this fundraiser with a minimum raised amount of $30. and no limit maximum of course. If you do not have a Walkathon form please see your coach asap to acquire one.The actual event will be on March 15, 2008.

February 23 Registration at Ralphs Market in Sylmar - 16989 Glenoaks Blvd. (Glenoaks & Hubbard) 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We have experienced a big response and expect a large number of new athletes and returning athletes. So, beat the rush and register early. You also receive the savings of early registration fees.

February 24 Coaches clinic at Birmingham H.S. 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All head coaches are required to attend. Arrangement for lunch will be in the morning during registration. You will be able to order from Subway cost is $6. and delivery will be at Birmingham.
